Members found violating the TOS will have their account terminated, and any referrals or commissions will be lost.
2- Responsibility of member
2.0 - All members from any Country are welcomed to join.
2.1 - Verify your email in order to activate your account on Earnations.com.
2.2 - Register with real name which is matched with the name on the identification.
2.3 - You are not allowed to create any more than 1 account per household or IP.
2.4 - Transfer, sell, share of your account to or with other users is prohibited.
2.5 - Using proxies, VPS, VPN, shared network environments and auto click software are not allowed.
2.5.5 - You must use a Static IP adress or else you can have issues in order to log into your account or complete tasks on our website.
2.6 - If you do not log in for more than 30 days your account will be marked as inactive and it might get suspended due to inactivity.You can request for a reactivation but in that case your account balance will reset. If your account remains suspended due to inactivity for more than 60 days your account will reset and after that it might get deleted as well.
2.6.1 - Members that are using auto click software, will be suspended automatic by our inactive check system. Members that are using auto click software doesn´t count as login or as active member.
2.7 - We do not share your information with other person and parties.
2.8 - Should any instances of fraud, system abuse, or any type of activity deemed to be inappropriate or illegal by Earnations.com No Minimum Payout be detected it may result in member termination and possible legal action. Any solicitation of advertisers for a confirmation email for purposes of receiving credit in your account will be grounds for immediate termination.
2.9 - Refering direct referrals, buying direct referrals, and renting rented referrals are your sole decision. Earnations.com do not guarantee their activity. The amount of direct referrals and rented referrals is limited based on the membership.
3- Referral Terms
3.1 - Every referral should have unique and valid email address. It is not preferable the using of email generators, the emails from these sites are frequently used by cheaters and users who do no want to earn fair, but to create multiple accounts.
3.2 - You must not send unsolicited emails or force anyone in any other way into becoming your referral. You also can not use any service that attempts to sell your referrals. We can verify such incidents and they will result in account termination.
3.3 - You can only rent referrals when they are available and within the limits of your current membership.
3.4 - Having more referrals than the allowed amount will result the deactivation of the earning from all your referrals, and all referrals reset.
3.5 - All your Referrals can be reset with your balances as well , if you don´t follow our referrals terms point 3.4 , please contact our support if you have any questions related.
3.6 - The click made by your referrals will be created to your account instantly if you have met the click requirements from the previous day.
3.7 - The number of referrals is limited based on the referrer’s current membership.
3.8 - Any Questions regarding rented referrals average or rented referrals profits Monthly, weekly etc will not be answered by support or by other means. Earnations.com is not a investment Website and by good faith we will not give predictions from things that we not control.

4 - Payments to members

5 - Refund Policy
5.1 - The purchase of upgrade is non-refundable

5 - Anti-Cheat Policy
6.1 - Each attempt, in any way, to hack into the system will be logged.
6.2 - Sometimes we will warn you, sometimes we will not. In either way, when you request payout, our monitoring system will analyze your actions and take its own actions in return. Normally, attempts to hack the system will result in account termination.

6- Advertising Terms
7.1 - The website must not contain pornographic, racist, discriminating, vulgar, illegal or other adult materials of any kind.
7.2 - The website must not contain any frame breakers.
7.3 - The website must not contain or promote any viruses.
7.4 - The website must not contain ANY prompts such as download dialogs or confirmation alerts.
7.5 - The website must not have a popup/pop under window.
7- Spam
7.1 - We do not believe in spam and we are very strict on the handling of your information. The only emails you will receive are periodic emails with information about updates, site specials and issues with the site.
7.2-If a member using spam to promote the affilate link,then account deletes.
8- Rights & Liabilities
8.1 - Earnations.com will not be liable for any kind of delays or failures that are not directly related to Earnations.com and therefore beyond our control.
8.2 - Earnations.com reserves the right to alter the Terms of Service at any time, including fees, special offers, benefits and rules, amongst others, and also reserves the right to cancel its services any time and without any notice with refunds given accordingly in this particular case.
8.3 - Earnations.com will not be held responsible for any of its users, advertisers or advertisements. This also includes every supplier we depend on.
8.4 - Earnations.com is not responsible for any tax payment for you on what you receive from us. It's your responsibility to declare what you've received and pay your country's taxes.
